3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

The 417 platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and bank transfers through FPX. The minimum deposit is RM10, and actual amounts may vary by payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to users’ accounts within the specified time after successful confirmation.
For withdrawals, users must ensure the registered bank account name matches the registered 417 account name. 417 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing any withdrawal requests deemed unusual or high-risk. Any attempt to deceive or commit fraud during financial transactions will result in account termination, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
